• Are the sneakers authentic?

Yes. MATITO Customs customizes authentic sneakers that are lawfully purchased. Each pair is individually crafted and finished in the MATITO studio.

• How long does production take?

All MATITO pairs are made-to-order. 

Standard production time is 10-15 business days before shipping. Once your pair is completed, tracking information will be sent via email.

• Can I personalize the shoes?

Yes, we do additions to the shoes such as names, rhinestones, custom paint jobs and so much more! Reach out to us at studio@matitocustoms.com and lets make your idea come to life. 

• Are the designs exactly the same as the photos?

Each pair is handcrafted, so slight variations in paint placement or detailing may occur. These variations make each pair unique.

• What if I already have a pair of sneakers I want customized?

If you already have a pair you want customized. Send an email to studio@matitocustoms.com and we will send you instructions on how to send in your sneakers for customization.

• How should I care for my custom sneakers?

To preserve the artwork avoid heavy water exposure, clean gently with a soft cloth, and do not machine wash.

Proper care will help maintain the finish over time.
