All MATITO Customs products are made-to-order and individually crafted in the MATITO studio.

Production Time

Standard production time is approximately 10–15 business days before shipment. Once your pair is completed, tracking information will be sent via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary depending on the product and shipping method selected at checkout.

• Some products include complimentary insured U.S. shipping.

• For products that do not include complimentary shipping, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping

Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that shipping speed affects delivery time only and does not reduce production time.

Rush Orders

A Rush Order option may be available for an additional fee. Rush orders prioritize your pair in the MATITO studio production queue and reduce the standard production timeline when possible. Availability for rush orders is limited and may vary depending on current studio capacity.

MATITO Customs currently ships within the United States only.
